Nuuksio Sauna Day 15.3.2026

The fourth Nuuksio Sauna Day will be held at Villa Paratiis on March 15, 2026 from 3-5 p.m.

The event brings together tourism entrepreneurs and companies in the Nuuksio Lakeland area by opening private saunas to customers.

Nuuksio Sauna Day allows you to rent a wonderful private sauna for two hours at a time. The sauna shift is a mixed sauna, swimwear is worn in the sauna. The sauna area can accommodate 7 people at a time.

Paratiisi herbal sauna

Experience the gentle steam of Villa Paratiis' wooden sauna, feel the magic of the sauna, surrender to the bliss of the open air and receive the healing power of natural herbs in a guided foot bath. After a relaxing sauna experience, enjoy a sauna meal made from the forest and seasonal produce, which includes warm herbal tea, a fresh lingonberry smoothie, a wild mushroom riesen taco and seasonal vegetables for dipping in herbal hummus. You also have the opportunity to buy products used in herbal treatments to take home. Start the new week in paradise with a clean mind and body. Welcome! ✨🌿

The sauna shift is a mixed sauna, you only need to bring a swimsuit, towel and ice-swimming equipment.

Villa Paratiisi sauna by the lake

Paratiis sauna is heated by wood and its upper benches can accommodate 6-7 people, the sauna facilities have 2 showers, a toilet and a changing room. The walls of the dark-toned sauna are made of sheath-sawn pine and the benches are made of aspen from the local forest. From the sauna's large window you can admire the lake view and from the sauna you can easily get to the terrace to cool off and swim in the ice.

SWIMMING FROM THE PIER OR IN THE IRON

You can swim from the pier and in the winter in the ice-swimming. The water depth from the pier is approx. 1.5 m.
